Dar Rim welcomes you for a stay synonymous with relaxation and pleasure.
The Villa is located in the heart of the Palmeraie and is very well equipped: large heated pool, hammam, massage room, gym, large garden.

It is very large, perfect for large groups.

The villa accepts only families, groups of friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

The villa accepts small events (on request).

    From January 2nd to March 30th: 1370€ per night

    April, May, June, July, August: 1870€ per night

    September, October, November, until December 20th: 1250€ per night

    December 20 to January 2: 2500€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash or credit card with a 3% surcharge.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -Nous resterons à votre disposition durant tout le séjour pour vous conseiller le meilleur de Marrakech et vous réservez vos activités, chauffeurs, restaurants, piscines, choses à faire …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 20 000 dhs (2000€) in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in : from noon – Check-out : 12:00

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the property.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -No subletting is allowed.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -The shopping is at the charge of the customers.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.

    -The deposit is refunded in case of border closure.
