  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by email with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid in Marrakech Best Of when booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% remaining to be paid in cash on arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any special request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include the optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in local dirhams, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout the stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and you book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 1000€ in cash that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is found, the amount of damage will be paid to the owner.

    –Check-in : 15:00 – Check out : 11:00 

    –Possibility to bring guests into the property to spend the day with the prior agreement of the owner.

    -Authorization to organize parties or events with the prior agreement of the owner.

    –Prohibition of bringing drugs or other illicit substances into the property.

    –Prohibition of subletting.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    –Pets can be accepted only on request.

    If the listed conditions are not met, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    Jacuzzi: 35€ per day.

  • Cancellation conditions

    -Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
