If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

-You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

-Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

-A deposit is required: the amount of one night in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

Check-in : 14:00 – Check-out : 12:00

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

-Small animals are accepted.

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
