The villa accepts only families, groups of friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

Minimum number of nights: 4 nights minimum in July and August, 2 nights minimum the rest of the year

  • Prices

    Rates until August and December:

    4 nights minimum in July and August

    3 rooms, 6 persons: 400€ per night

    4 rooms, 8 persons: 520€ per night

    5 rooms, 10 persons: 660€ per night

    Except for the month of August: 660€ per night regardless of the number of people

    Rates from September 1st (except December):

    3 rooms, 6 persons: 360€ per night

    4 rooms, 8 persons: 450€ per night

    5 rooms, 10 people: 550€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 1000€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 15:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -Guests are not allowed to enter the property.

    -It is forbidden to bring alcohol, drugs, or other illegal substances into the property.

    -It is forbidden to organize parties or events.

    -No subletting is allowed.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
