If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form. We will check availability with the owner again. Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

-You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

-A deposit is required: 200€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

-Check-in : 3:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm

-Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner and in a limited number (only for the day).

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-Cigarette smoking is allowed inside the villa.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Groceries are the responsibility of the tenant.

-Animals are accepted.

-An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Electricity, water and gas consumption

-Marrakech Best Of service: we accompany you during your stay to advise you the best of Marrakech.

-2 Extra beds: 50€ per extra bed per night.

-Chef: 30€ for lunch or dinner (shopping at customer’s expense) or on menu.

-Hammam, massage and sauna à la carte.

-Washing machine: 15€ per bag of laundry.

-All requests for changes and cancellations must be sent by email.

-The deposit is refunded at 50% if the cancellation request is sent maximum two weeks after the reservation.

-The deposit is refunded in case of border closure.
