This beautiful estate is located on the road to Fes, 19 km from the centre of Marrakech, with a beautiful view of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains and bordering the typical Berber village of Ain Neffad, with direct access to the estate guaranteed without any tracks.
For an exclusive stay, the villa has been designed to take advantage of the calm of the place.
The landscaped architecture of the estate offers both large spaces and residential privacy.

Time to city centre: 20 minutes

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate. Events and parties are not permitted.

    3 rooms, 6 people: 375€ per night

    4 rooms, 8 people: 500€ per night

    5 rooms, 10 people: 625€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

    -50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's rules

    -A deposit of 500€ is required, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

    Check-in: 15:00 h – Check-out: 11:00 h

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Events and parties are not permitted.

    -Outdoor music is allowed until 11pm.

    -No subletting is allowed.

    -Meals are prepared by staff only.

    -Tenants do not have access to the kitchen

    -The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be on the spot to guarantee the security of the villa (housekeeper, security guard)

    -No keys are returned to the tenants as an employee of the villa will always be present to open or close the door.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    – Hammam: 50EUR for 10 persons

  • Cancellation conditions

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    – The 50% booking deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
