-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a receipt of payment by email. Non-refundable deposit to be paid to the Marrakech Best Of partner at the time of booking:
20% by bank transfer or credit card or paypal.
80% remaining to be paid on arrival by cash
– After receiving the deposit, our partner will send you the location and will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

– The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

– If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

– We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of : 1 000.00 EUR

-The deposit is to be paid in the following form: cheque on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been noted.

Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 12:00

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-It is forbidden to organise events in the property without the prior agreement of Marrakech Best Of.

-Outdoor music is tolerated until a certain time.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Meals are prepared by staff only.

-The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.

-Animals are not allowed.

-An employee of the property will always be on the spot to guarantee the security of the villa (housekeeper, security guard)

-The keys will be returned to the tenants in person on arrival.

A contract is required by the owner. It must be signed on arrival.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

– Daily cleaning of the villa is included in the rental price.

– Traditional Moroccan Hammam will be at your disposal free of charge.

-Marrakech Best Of concierge service: we will accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

Two choices are possible:

You pay the cooker 20€ for lunch or dinner service and 30€ for lunch, snack and dinner. The shopping is at your expense.

OR

Pay a fee per meal per person and the villa takes care of the shopping.

– Swimming pool and jacuzzi: free to use but under the responsibility of parents and/or adults
A supplement of 50€/day to heat the pool (about one day to heat the water depending on the outside temperature)

-All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-The 20% booking deposit is never refunded in case of cancellation.
