    All year round: €440 per night.

    July, Christmas and New Year: €500 per night.

    August: €560 per night.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 1000 € in cash or a passport that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is found, the amount of damage will be paid to the owner.

    –Check-in: 15:00 – Check out: 12:00

    -Permission to bring guests into the property subject to the owner’s approval.

    -Prohibition of bringing drugs or other illicit substances into the property.

    -Permission to organize events or parties subject to the owner’s approval.

    -No subletting of the property.

    -The rents are at the expense of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the conditions listed are not met, tenants will be required to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
