    Price for 10 persons:

    October to December (excluding holidays): 410 € per night

    From 20 December to 8 January: 540€ per night

    January to March: 410€ per night

    April to June – September: 500€ per night

    July and August: 540€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit of 500€ is required to be given in cash or check upon arrival and will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted.

    Check-in : 15:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner and only for the day.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs, alcohol or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    -Events and parties are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
