    From January 6 to February 28: €475 per night.

    From March 1 to May 31: €600 per night.

    From June 1 to August 31: €625 per night.

    From September 1 to September 30: €560 per night.

    From October 1 to October 31: €625 per night.

    From November 1 to December 19: €600 per night.

    From December 20 to January 5: €875 per night.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 500€ in cash that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a break is found, the amount of damages will be payable to the owner.

    -Check-in: 15:00 – Check out: 12:00

    -Permission to bring guests into the property only upon request.

    -Prohibition of bringing drugs or other illicit substances into the property.

    -Permission to organize parties or events only on request.

    -No subletting of the property.

    -The rents are at the expense of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the conditions listed are not met, tenants will be required to leave the property without any refund.
