Rates except July and August:

6 rooms (12 people): 500€ per night
7 rooms (14 people): 590€ per night
8 rooms (16 people): 680€ per night
9 rooms (18 people): 780€ per night

-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

-50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of : 1 000.00 EUR

-The deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been found.

Check-in: 15:00 h – Check-out: 12:00 h

-Guests are not allowed.

-No drugs or other illegal substances are allowed on the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-No events or parties are allowed.

-Outdoor music is tolerated until a certain time.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Animals are not allowed.

-2 sets of keys will be returned to the tenants.

A contract may be required in some villas. A contract may be required in some of the villas and must be signed on the arrival of the tenants.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Caretaker present only in the morning

-Electricity, water and gas consumption

-Marrakech Best Of service: we accompany you during your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Cook: 30€ present until dinner

-Cleaning lady: 15€ per day

-Shopping delivery: taxi fare for the cook, approx. 30€ return.

-Shopping is at the client’s expense.

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.
