The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    Check-in : 14:00 – Check-out : 11:00

    -Possibility to bring guests into the villa to spend the day, only with the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Parties or events are allowed with the prior agreement of the owner and upon explicit request.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

    -Small animals are accepted.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Daily cleaning: 30€ per day

    -Cook: from 8am to 6pm for the preparation of the three meals of the day: 50 € per day (excluding shopping)

    -Continental breakfast: 15€ per person.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of customers.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, if the arrival date is 14 days or more.

    50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date.

    No refund for cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival.
