The Villa MS is a magnificent contemporary residence located in Bab Atlas. The villa stands in front of the grandiose atlas mountain range, set in a magnificent countryside planted with olive trees and palm trees. The design of the house is minimalist, the interior patio and the bay windows create a transition between the volumes bathed in light and the exterior.

The villa is perfectly equipped: large outdoor pool and indoor pool, hammam, clay tennis court, resting kiosk.

With a surface area of 800 m², on a landscaped and private park of more than 12,000 m², this soothing and relaxing setting will make your stay unforgettable.

Time to the city center : 20 mn

The villa only accepts families, women’s groups and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

The villa accepts small events: birthdays, EVJF, small weddings.

    January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November, December (except school vacations): 750€ per night

    July, August, and school vacations: 870€ per night

  • How the reservation works

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    –60% to be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival or in cash on arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 500€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in : 3:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner and in a limited number (only for the day).

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Small animals are accepted.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Stove : 5€ per day per person (shopping at the customer’s expense) or à la carte.

    -Heated swimming pool: 350€ for the heating for a use of 1 to 3 days, or 500€ the week

    -Courier: 10€ per errand (only for additional errands).

    -Hammam, massages and wellness services are available à la carte.

    -The shopping is at the charge of the customers.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is refunded if the cancellation is sent two months before the arrival date.
