-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a receipt of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by bank transfer or credit card or paypal.

– 50% remaining to be paid on arrival by cash or bank transfer or credit card or paypal 14 days before arrival

– After receiving the deposit, you will be put in contact with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

– The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

– If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

– We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

– A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of : 300 EUR

– The deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been found.

– Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 12:00

-Access to the kitchen is free.

-Guests may bring their own cooker.

-Guests are not allowed to bring in guests without the owner’s permission.

-No drugs or other illegal substances may be brought into the property.

-It is forbidden to organise events on the property or parties without agreement.

-Outdoor music is tolerated until a certain time.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.

-Animals are only allowed outside.

– Only one key will be returned to you.

-An employee of the property will always be on the spot to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard).

-A contract may be required by the owner. This contract must be signed on arrival.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of concierge service: we accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Tourist tax of 2,5€/pers/night

-Cook on request: 25€/day (until 11pm maximum)

-Cleaning lady: 25€/day

-Extra bed: 15€/night/extra person

-Pool heating: 60€/day

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-The 40% booking deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
