  • How the reservation works

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 500€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 15:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -Possibility to bring guests into the villa to spend the day with the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Events on request only.

    -No subletting allowed.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the listed conditions are not met, tenants will be asked to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.
