– If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

– 50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

– After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

– The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

– If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

– We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

– A deposit of 500€ is required, to be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival, which will be returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

Check-in: 3pm – Check-out: 11am

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-It is forbidden to organise events on the property.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Animals are not allowed.

-An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of concierge service: we accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Cook (on request): €30 per day.

-Shopping costs: the housekeeper can do the shopping for 40€.

-Hammam offered for the first use, 50€ for the others.

-Possibility to heat the pool for 50€ per day.

– All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

– The booking deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
