The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.

    We will check availability again with the owner.

    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash in euro upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: the amount of one night in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 14:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the villa.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Parties or events are not allowed without the prior agreement of the owner.

    -No subletting is allowed.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Animals are not accepted.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Catering formula:
    Starter+main course or main course+dessert: 17€ per person
    Starter+main course+dessert: 25€ per person

    -Breakfast: 4€ per person

    -Cook: 25€ per day (the shopping is at the charge of the clients)

    -If you wish to do your shopping and cook for yourself, the average internal fee is 10€.

    -Extra cleaning lady (for service, cleaning and clearing up after each meal): 18€ per day

    -2 extra beds for children (benches): 20€ per bench per night

    -Heated swimming pool: 20€ per night

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
