    July, August, Christmas and New Year: €1190 per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.

    We will check availability again with the owner.

    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash in euro upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: €1000 in cash, which will be returned to the guests at the end of the stay if no damage is found. If any damage is detected, the cost of the repairs will be charged to the guest.

    -Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 12:00

    -Guests may only be allowed on the property upon prior request.

    -It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs or any other illegal substances onto the property.

    -Parties or events are not allowed.

    -Subletting is strictly prohibited.

    -Groceries are the responsibility of the guest.

    -Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If any of the above conditions are not respected, guests will be required to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Cook: €30 per day.

    -2 extra beds: €20 per person, per day.

    -End-of-stay cleaning: €75.

    -Groceries are at the guests’ expense.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
