Time to the city center : 10-15 mn

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • Prices

    Throughout the year (excluding school holidays): 500 € per night.

    School holidays and bank holidays in May: 630€ per night.

    July – August: 815€ per night.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.

    We will check availability again with the owner.

    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash in euro upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 500€ in cash in summer and the amount of one night in cash the rest of the year which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 15:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the villa.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Parties or events are not allowed.

    -No subletting is allowed.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa (even shisha)

    -Animals are not accepted.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -Marrakech Best Of service: we accompany you during your stay to advise you the best of Marrakech.

  • Services with participation

    -Cook: 30€ per day

    The shopping is at the charge of the clients.

     

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
