  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check again with the owner for availability.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid at Marrakech Best Of when booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% remaining to be paid in cash on arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any special request regarding the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include the optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the daily exchange rate will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout the stay to advise you the best of Marrakech and you book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: One night in cash that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a break is found, the amount of damages will be payable to the owner.

    -Check-in: 15:00 – Check out: 12:00

    -No guests allowed on the property.

    -Prohibition of bringing alcohol, drugs or other illicit substances into the property.

    -Guests do not have free access to the kitchen.

    -Permission to organize parties or events with the agreement of the owner.

    -No subletting of the property.

    -The rents are at the expense of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the conditions listed are not met, tenants will be required to leave the property without any refund.
