-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

-50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit of 500€ is required by the owner.

-The deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been found.

Check-in: 3:00 pm – Check-out: 12:00 pm

-Access to the kitchen is free.

-Guests are not allowed to bring their own cooker.

-Guests are not allowed to bring in guests without the owner’s permission.

-No drugs or other illegal substances may be brought into the property.

-No events may be held on the property.

-Outdoor music is tolerated until a certain time.

-No subletting is allowed.

-The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.

-Animals are only allowed outside.

-Only one key will be returned to you.

-An employee of the property will always be on the spot to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard).

-A contract may be required by the owner. This contract must be signed on arrival.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
