  • Prices

    Prices in high season (June to October, Christmas and New Year): 810€ per night.

    Prices in low season (rest of the year): 620 € per night.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.

    We will check availability again with the owner.

    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash in euro upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: Two nights in cash that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is found, the amount of damage will be paid to the owner.

    –Check-in: 15:00 – Check out: 12:00

    -Permission to bring guests into the property with the owner’s agreement.

    -Prohibition of bringing alcohol, drugs, or other illicit substances into the property.

    -Authorization to organize events and parties with the owner’s agreement.

    -Prohibition of subletting.

    -Groceries are the responsibility of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Pets are allowed.

    If the listed conditions are not met, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Heated swimming pool: 50€ per day.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of customers.

  • Cancellation conditions

    -Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
