-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

-50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of : 1000 €

-The deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been found.

Check-in: 15:00 h – Check-out: 12:00 h

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-It is forbidden to organise events in the property without the prior agreement of Marrakech Best Of.

-Outdoor music is tolerated until a certain time.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Meals are prepared by staff only.

-The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.

-Animals are not allowed.

-An employee of the property will always be on the spot to guarantee the security of the villa (housekeeper, security guard)

-No keys are given back to the tenants as an employee of the villa will always be present to open or close the door.

A contract may be required in some villas. It must be signed on arrival.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

Full-time cook: 20EUR per person per meal

-Pool heating: 100EUR per day

-All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

– The 50% booking deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
