Villa Jenaya

Minimum number of nights: 5 nights minimum during school holidays, 3 nights minimum the rest of the year.

Prices:

• January, February, March, April: 450€ per night
• May, June: 470€ per night
• July, August: 600€ per night
• September, October, November, December: 470€ per night

-If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

-You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

-A deposit of 500€ is required, to be given in cash on arrival, which will be returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakage is noted.

Check-in : 14:00 – Check-out : 12:00

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs, alcohol or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

-Animals are not allowed.

-Noise pollution is not allowed.

-Parties are not allowed.

-Events can be accepted only upon request to the owner.

-A guard of the property will be present 24/24 to guarantee the security of the villa.

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
