  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A security deposit is required: the equivalent of one night in cash, which will be returned to the guests at the end of the stay if no damage is found. In case of damage, the cost will be charged to the guests.

    -Check-in: 3:00 PM – Check-out: 12:00 PM

    -Guests may be allowed on the property with the owner’s approval.

    -It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs or any illegal substances onto the property.

    -Parties or events may be allowed with the owner’s approval.

    -Subletting is strictly prohibited.

    -Grocery shopping is the tenant’s responsibility.

    -Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If any of these conditions are not respected, the guests will be required to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Groceries are the responsibility of the guests

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
