Villa Ilham is ready to welcome you in a purely Moroccan style. The villa is located in a secure residence, you can enjoy its swimming pool to refresh you during the day and its beautiful terrace lit to relax in the evening.

For a stay with friends or family, Villa Ilham is perfect, it combines comfort and serenity.

The villa accepts only families, groups of friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • Prices

    6 rooms (the whole villa): 680€ per night

    4 rooms: 750€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 600€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 3:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner and in a limited number (only for the day).

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not accepted.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -Extra beds (sofa): 20€ per person per night

    -Transfer for shopping: 25€ round trip

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is refunded in case of cancellation sent 60 days before arrival.

    -The deposit is refunded in case of border closure.
