You will be able to refresh yourself thanks to its large swimming pool, and enjoy a spacious and modern house. As you can see, Villa Dalila will welcome you in its large spaces, all next to Marrakech.

Time to the city centre: 25 mn

The villa only accepts families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's rules

    A deposit of 1000€ is required, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

    Check-in: 3pm – Check-out: 11am

    -Guests are not allowed to enter the property.

    – Alcohol and the consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the villa.

    -No drugs or other illegal substances are allowed in the property.

    -Smoking cigarettes is not permitted inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is at the tenant’s expense.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Cancellation conditions

    All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The 40% booking deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
