June to August: 380€ per night

-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit of 300€ is required, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

Check-in: 15:00 h – Check-out: 11:00 h

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner and only for the day.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-No subletting is allowed.

-Shopping is at the tenant’s expense.

-Animals are not allowed.

-An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of service: we will accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Cooker: 20€ per day for 2 meals, 30€ for 3 meals.

-Daily cleaning: 15€.

– The housekeeper can do “small shopping” (basic necessities): 10€.

-Heated swimming pool: 30€ per day.

-Shopping is at the guests’ expense.

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-The 40% booking deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
