    School holidays: €1630 per night.

    Rest of the year: €1250 per night.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.

    We will check availability again with the owner.

    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash in euro upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A security deposit of €2000 is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found.

    -Check-in: 14:00 – Check-out: 11:00

    -It is strictly forbidden to bring guests into the property without prior approval from the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or any other illegal substances into the property.

    -Smoking cigarettes inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

    -Events and parties are allowed only with prior approval from the owner.

    -Subletting is strictly prohibited.

    -Small pets are allowed.

    If any of the above conditions are not respected, guests will be required to leave the property with no refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
