The Villa Argan is a recent villa, located in a golf course with a panoramic view of the golf course. The villa is very well equipped with a gym, a jacuzzi, a cinema room and a hammam. The decoration is very modern.

Time to the city center : 20 mn

The villa accepts only families, groups of friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • Prices

    500€ per night: October to May inclusive (except New Year)

    750€ per night: June to September included and New Year’s Eve 27 December to 1 January (5 nights minimum).

     

  • How the reservation works

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is requested: a passport of one of the tenants and it will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in : 3:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner and only for the day.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not accepted.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Stove : 20€ per day

    -Heated swimming pool : 40€ per day.

    -Hammam : one free use if booking for more than 1 week, otherwise 30€ per use

    -The shopping is at the charge of the customers.

  • Terms of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
