-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in contact with the owner who will send you his payment conditions. (The remaining balance must be paid 1 month after your arrival.) He will also send you a location and will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit of 1000€ is required in cash on arrival (possibility to deposit a cheque for Moroccan customers). The deposit will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted.

-It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Shopping is at the tenant’s expense.

-Animals are accepted with the prior agreement of the owner.

-Employees will always be present in the villa.

-An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of service: we accompany you during your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Lunch: main course and dessert, 18€ for adults / 10€ between 3 and 11 years old.

-Dinner: starter, main course, dessert, 25€ for adults / 10€ between 3 and 11 years old.

-Dry cleaning: 40dh per use of the washing machine.

-Right of corkage on the drinks brought back from outside.

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-More than 120 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount of the booked nights.

-From 120 to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the booked nights.

-Less than 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the booked nights.
