Riad El Niya is located in the Medina. It consists of 5 suites, all designed by a renowned designer. Fresh, modern and oriental colors bring a unique atmosphere to each room. In addition, the Riad has a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a swimming pool on our sunny Rooftop that offers a comfortable experience.

The riad only accepts families, groups of female friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

    690€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the riad, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by email with the booking details.

    -You will pay the deposit and receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid in Marrakech Best Of when booking: 40% by credit card.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner. You will pay the remaining 60% according to its conditions. (secure payment link, transfer or cash payment)

    -The owner will send you the location and will be at your disposal for any special request regarding the riad.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include the optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in local dirhams, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout the stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and you book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 100 € in cash per person that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is found, the amount of damage will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in: 14:00 – Check out: 12:00

    -Permission to bring guests into the villa by agreement of the owner.

    -Prohibition of bringing alcohol, drugs, or other illicit substances into the property.

    -No party arrangements.

    -Authorization to organize events with prior agreement of the owner.

    -Prohibition of subletting.

    -Groceries are the responsibility of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the riad.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the listed conditions are not met, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    -The reservation deposit is never refunded.
