MonRiad is a charming residence located just 5 minutes from Jemaa El Fna Square, and a few metres from the Bahia Palace. You can enjoy its spacious rooms and its patio with a whirlpool. The rooftop with its view of the Koutoubia is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset. Finally, you can enjoy Moroccan and Italian dishes.

The riad only accepts families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the riad, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will pay the deposit and receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash once in the hotel.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the riad.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's rules

    Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 11:00

    -Guests are not allowed to enter the property.

    -No drugs or other illegal substances are allowed on the property.

    -No smoking inside the rooms.

    -Outdoor music is allowed until 00:00.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the riad (security guard)

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Cancellation conditions

    All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -Cancellation is free of charge if it takes place more than 30 days before the arrival date.

    -The 50% deposit is not refunded if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date.
