This charming riad is located in the medina, just a 15-minute walk from the Koutoubia Mosque. It offers you the calm and serenity of a riad while being in the heart of Marrakech. You can enjoy the two terraces, a winter lounge and a pool to cool off.  A team of 6 people is present to satisfy you and meet your needs.

The villa only accepts families, group of friends of women and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

We will check availability with the owner again.
Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with booking details.

-You will pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

-Non-refundable deposit to be paid in Marrakech Best Of when booking: 50% by credit card.

-50% remaining to be paid by cash once in the establishment.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in contact with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any special request concerning the riad.

-Riad will send you a PRE-AUTHORIZATION credit card.

-The total amount of the booking does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

-If you want to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout the stay to advise you the best of Marrakech and you book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    –Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – Check out: 11:00 a.m.

    -Prohibition of guests entering the property without the prior consent of the owner and compulsory consumption.

    -Prohibition of drugs, or other illicit substances entering the property.

    -No smoking inside rooms.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -Prohibition of subletting.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the riad. (security officer)

    If the conditions listed are not met, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -The riad can take care of the shopping, but the amount is at the customer’s expense.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    – Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    – Cancellation is free if + 45 days prior to arrival.

    – The 50% booking deposit is not refunded if the cancellation takes place between 45 and 30 days before the arrival date.

    – Total payment is lost if cancelled – 30 days prior to arrival.
