If you like the riad, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
Then we will send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You will pay the deposit and receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in contact with the owner. You will pay the 60% upon arrival in the riad.

-The owner will send you the location and will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the riad.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-Guests are not allowed to enter the property without the owner’s permission.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the rooms.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Pets are allowed.

-An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the riad (security guard)

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-Cancellation is free of charge if it takes place more than 14 days before the arrival date.

-The 50% deposit is not refunded if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival date.
