  • How to make a reservation

    • To make a reservation, you need to fill in your details via our reservation form.
      We will check the availability of the establishment.
      If the booking is confirmed, we will contact you to put you in touch with the establishment, which will send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.
    • The establishment does not require a deposit for individual bookings.
    • For exclusive bookings, 50% of the accommodation price must be paid before arrival on the spot (20% at the time of booking – 30% one month before the arrival date).

  • Rules

    • Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 12:00
    • The hotel is for adults only (except in case of exclusivity)
    • No smoking inside the rooms.
    • The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.
    • Pets are not allowed.

  • Cancellation conditions

    • All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.
    • In case of cancellation more than 20 days before the date of arrival, a credit note will be issued, valid outside school holidays and weekends, upon request.
    • Less than 20 days before the arrival date the cancellation fee is 100%. No refunds or credits will be made for early departures.
    • For cancellations of holiday stays, the cancellation fee is 100%, with no refund or credit.
    • However, a refund will be granted exceptionally for holidays canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, or any other Covid-19 related restrictions, and for which there are justifiable reasons.
