You will be able to take advantage of the superb swimming pool of which the residence has as well as a large green space. The apartment is spacious, bright and very functional!

The apartment accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

    Rate for 6 persons:

    June, July, August: 200€ per night
    Rest of the year: 150€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the apartment, you can fill in your information through our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the apartment.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -No deposit is required. However, if any damage is found, it will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 3:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm (flexible)

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes inside the apartment. You may smoke on the terrace.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not accepted.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
