Rates for 10 guests:

From January 4th to the end of March: 460€ per night.

April, May, October, November: 500€ per night.

June and September: 525€ per night.

July: 550€ per night.

August: 590€ per night.

From December 1st to December 19th: 460€ per night.

From December 20th to January 3rd: 590€ per night.

Additional charge: 50€ per night per person from the 11th guest (maximum capacity: 12 guests).

If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

-You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

-Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

-60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

-A deposit is required:  2 nights in cash that will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is found. If a breakage is found, the amount of damage will be paid to the owner.

-Prohibition to bring guests into the property.

-Prohibition of bringing alcohol, drugs, or any other illicit substances into the property.

-Parties or events are not allowed.

-No subletting of the property.

-The rents are at the expense of the tenant.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-Pets are not allowed.

If the conditions listed are not met, tenants will be required to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of service: we accompany you all the time of your stay to advise you the best of Marrakech.

-Breakfast: 10€ per day.

-Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

-The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
