    February – March: €650 per night.

    April – June: €750 per night.

    July – August: €900 per night.

    September – October: €850 per night.

    November – December 20: €650 per night.

    Christmas – New Year: €1870 per night.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by email with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid in Marrakech Best Of when booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% remaining to be paid in cash on arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any special request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include the optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in local dirhams, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout the stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and you book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A security deposit of €1,500 in cash is required. It will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found. In case of damage, the cost of repairs or replacement must be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in: 3:00 PM — Check-out: 11:00 AM

    -Guests are allowed to invite visitors onto the property only with prior approval from the owner.

    -It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs or any illegal substances onto the property.

    -Parties or events may be organized only with prior approval from the owner.

    -Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

    -Groceries are at the tenant’s expense.

    -Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the listed conditions are not met, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
