    3 bedrooms: €350 per night

    4 bedrooms: €450 per night

    5 bedrooms: €550 per night

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A security deposit is required: the equivalent of one night in cash, which will be returned to the guests at the end of the stay if no damage is observed. In case of damage, the cost of repairs will be charged to the guest.

    -Check-in: 3:00 PM – Check-out: 11:00 AM

    -It is strictly forbidden to invite external guests into the property.

    -It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

    -Subletting the property is strictly forbidden.

    -Grocery shopping is the guest’s responsibility.

    -Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the conditions listed are not met, tenants will be required to leave the property without any refund.

    Groceries are the responsibility of the guests.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
