-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

-50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A deposit is required by the owner.

-The deposit is to be given in the following form: a passport of one of the tenants. It will be returned on the day of departure if no damage has been found.

Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 12:00

-Guests are not allowed.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-It is forbidden to organise events on the property.

-Outdoor music is tolerated until a certain time.

-Parties and events are not allowed.

Sub-letting is not allowed.

-Animals are not allowed.

-An employee of the property will always be on spot to guarantee the security of the villa: cook and cleaning lady in their independent space at the back of the villa.

A contract may be required in some villas. It will therefore be signed on arrival of the tenants.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of concierge service: we accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Pool heating: 40€ per day

-Groceries are charged to the guests.

-Grocery delivery: 10€ per trip
