The Marrakech Retreat villa is situated in the heart of a 3 hectare oasis of lush vegetation. You will enjoy the blend of traditional Moroccan charm and French lifestyle. An oasis of palm trees in the middle of a tropical island, an ancient olive grove, a large swimming pool and a table d’hôtes with views over the gardens and up to the Atlas Mountains.

The villa accepts families, groups of friends and couples only. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a receipt of payment by e-mail.

    Non refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by bank transfer or credit card or paypal.

    -50% to be paid in cash on arrival.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -Upon arrival in Marrakech, a Marrakech Best Of agent will accompany you to the villa with a personal welcome. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

    – If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate will be estimated at 1€ = 10 DH.

  • Owner's rules

    -No deposit is required by the owner.

    Arrival: 3pm – Departure: 12pm.

    -It is not allowed to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -It is possible to organise events or parties in the property on request.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated but not too loud.

    -It is possible to receive guests on request (at an extra charge).

    -It is not allowed to sublet the property.

    -Access to the kitchen is restricted to the staff.

    -Guests are not allowed to bring their own cooker.

    -The price of food and drink is added to your consumption on the spot.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be on the spot to guarantee the security of the villa (housekeeper, guard).

    -Keys will not be returned to tenants, a concierge will be on the spot to open the door.

    – A contract is required by the owner. A contract is required by the owner and must be signed on arrival.

    If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
