The villa is composed of 5 suites with bathrooms and terraces. Various spaces await you to relax, whether by the pool, under the covered terraces, or in the hammock trees. You can also enjoy a fitness room, a petanque court, a playroom for your children and walk around the farm, the organic vegetable garden or the sheepfold and stables.

You will be lodged in a real haven of peace to practice your activities or simply take time for you.

Time to the city center : 30 mn

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • Prices

    5 rooms, 10 persons : 600€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit of 1500€ is required to be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakage is noted.

    -Check in : flexible – Check out : 12:00

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner and only for the day.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Pets are allowed.

    -Events and parties are allowed only upon request to the owner.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
