Villa Dounia is a charming modern villa located 35 minutes from the center of Marrakech. It is equipped so that your stay is synonymous with relaxation. With friends or family, Villa Dounia is perfect: it combines comfort and serenity.

Time to the city center: 35 mn

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

The villa accepts small events: birthdays, EVJF, small weddings… (on request only)

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability with the owner again.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 3000 dhs (300€) in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in : 15:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Cook: 35€ per day (excluding groceries), available until 5pm.

    -2 Extra bed: 20€ per bed per night.

    -Courier service is available at an additional cost.

    -Shopping is at the charge of the clients.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.

    -In case of border closure, a credit note will be proposed.
