Riad Al Hamama is a sublime riad in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. It is very well located in the Kasbah district, and you will have a magnificent view on the gardens of the Medina. It also has a Hammam and a heated swimming pool on the terrace that you can enjoy all year round!

The riad only accepts families, groups of friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the riad, you can fill in your information via our reservation form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash upon arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the riad.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal during your stay to advise you the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Rules of the riad

    -A deposit is required: 300€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 14:00 h – Check-out : 12:00

    -Smoking is not allowed inside.

    -The price of the meals and drinks is added to your consumption on the spot.

    -Pets are not accepted.

    -The owner accepts parties/events only on request.

    -Guests are not allowed to enter the property without prior approval of the owner.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
