We will check the availability of the establishment.
If the booking is confirmed, we will contact you to put you in touch with the establishment who will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.
-This will allow you to pay the 20% deposit and you will receive a receipt of payment by email.
-The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
-For a better organisation, the transfer should be done 1 month before the arrival date, for the secure payment link: 15 to 20 days before the arrival date.
-All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.
– In case of cancellation, cancellation fees apply according to the following points:
Cancellation free of charge up to 16 days before the arrival date
Less than 16 days: the deposit is non-refundable.
