  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by email with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a payment receipt by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by bank transfer or credit card or paypal.

    -50% payable in cash on arrival.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -Upon arrival in Marrakech, a Marrakech Best Of agent will accompany you to the villa with a personalized welcome. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

    – If you wish to pay in local dirhams, the exchange rate will be estimated at 1€ = 10 DH.

  • Owner's Regulations

    -No deposit required by landlord.

    Arrival: 15h00 – Departure: 12h00.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -It is possible to organize events or parties in the property upon request.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated but not too loud.

    -It is possible to receive guests on request (with supplement).

    -Subletting is not permitted.

    -Access to kitchen is for staff only.

    -No bringing food or beverages.

    -Guests are not allowed to bring their own stove.

    -The price of meals and drinks is added to your consumption on site.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be on site to ensure the security of the villa (housekeeper, caretaker).

    -Keys will not be returned to tenants, concierge will be on site to open the door.

    If the listed conditions are not met, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
